Manufacturing Process

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

From Concept ToComplete Uniform

Follow the journey of a custom uniform, from your first design brief to the finished garments prepared for delivery. Explore each step to see how your requirements guide the process.

STEP 01

Design & Consultation

Start with your uniform brief: who will wear it, how it will be used and how it should represent your brand. Discuss the design, fit, branding and quantity before moving into production planning.

  • Uniform style and design brief
  • Logo placement and branding details
  • Sizing, quantities and project requirements

STEP 02

Fabric Selection

Choose a fabric suited to the working environment, comfort needs and appearance of your uniforms. Compare the available materials, colors and finishes against your requirements.

  • Fabric composition and weight
  • Colors, comfort and care requirements
  • Material selection against your specification

STEP 03

Cutting & Pattern Making

Translate the approved design and size requirements into garment patterns. Prepare the cutting layout and cut the fabric panels ready for assembly.

  • Patterns based on the approved design
  • Size specifications and cutting layout
  • Fabric panels prepared for stitching

STEP 04

Stitching & Assembly

Assemble the cut panels into finished garments, following the agreed construction details. Add the required collars, pockets, closures, labels and branding as specified for the order.

  • Panel assembly and seam construction
  • Pockets, collars, closures and trims
  • Branding and finishing details

STEP 05

Quality Inspection

Check the finished uniforms against the order requirements before they are prepared for dispatch. Review measurements, stitching, appearance and branding, and address any issues identified.

  • Measurements and garment appearance
  • Stitching, trims and branding checks
  • Order specification review before packing

STEP 06

Packaging & Global Shipping

Prepare the uniforms for delivery according to the agreed packing requirements. Organize the garments, carton details and shipment information for dispatch to the chosen destination.
